1. Introduction

Welcome to Spotlight Studios a Little Legs Studio LTD’s Real Estate Specialty Studio. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions specifically tailored for real estate media production.

2. Definitions

• “Services” refers to all real estate production services provided by Little Legs Studio LTD, including videography, photography, and drone footage.

• “Client” refers to any real estate agency, realtor, or entity that engages Little Legs Studio LTD for real estate production services.

• “Content” refers to any real estate media produced by Little Legs Studio LTD.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional terms and conditions that may apply.

4. Services Provided

Little Legs Studio LTD offers a range of real estate production services. Detailed descriptions of our services can be found on our website or promotional material.

5. Liability

Liability for creative, ads, and performance sits with the Client. Little Legs Studio LTD will work to the best of our abilities with the Client’s interest in mind but cannot be held accountable for any loss of revenue or sales as this is beyond reasonable control.

6. Billing and Payment

• Billing should be paid on time unless prior agreements are made.

• We work on a billing cycle of the 20th of the month. Any bills paid late will cause services to be stopped until the payment is settled.

• Once the deposit is paid, the Client has accepted the above billing schedule and these Terms of Service and agrees to complete the full amount of work listed.

7. Intellectual Property and Storage

• All RAW files, project files, and IP belong to the Client with full copyrights.

• RAW files and project files are stored for up to 30 days after the project is completed, marked by the final invoice payment. If you require video footage or photos older then 30 days we will look to find a solution but cannot guarantee we will have the raw footage or photos on hand.

8. Cancellations and Fees

• If weather conditions prevent the completion of scheduled outdoor shoots, the Client may reschedule at an call out cost.

• The full booking fee may be charged if cancellation due to weather occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

9. Cancellation Policy

• Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the booking value.

10. Turnaround Times

• The target turnaround time for delivering final edited content is 2 business days from the date of shooting.

• Expedited services are available upon request and may incur additional fees.

11. Project Basis and Scope Changes

• Pricing is based on the initial scope of work. If the scope changes, additional payments beyond our fixed price agreement may be required.

• Pricing covers basic drone operations under part 101. Pricing is subject to drone availability and ability to fly within the law.

12. Travel Expenses

• Travel is included in all pricing throughout the Auckland regions. Additional travel may require additional fees.

13. Confidentiality

All information shared with Little Legs Studio LTD is confidential and considered commercially sensitive.

14. Limitation of Liability

Little Legs Studio LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.

16. Amendments

Little Legs Studio LTD reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing.
